We make every effort to package your purchase carefully to avoid any damage incurred during postage. If however you purchase is badly damaged in transit please contact us at mail@www.processjournal.com.au for an application of replacement. If you application is accepted, we will replace your purchase in an identical product upon receiving the return of the original damaged product. The purchaser in the event of a replacement will incur all postage costs.
If you purchases is part of a limited edition or we no longer have stock of the specific product we may not be able to offer of a replacement product or refund.
Subscriptions
If you decide to cancel you subscription you will no longer be sent editions after your date of cancellation. No refunds will be given after cancellation. In the event of Process Journal ceasing production, notification will be posted via our website. Unfortunately we will be unable to provide refunds for the balance of subscriptions.

We welcome work submissions, we’re not able to return any unsolicited material, nor can we be held responsible for anything that’s sent to us. Unfortunately due to the volume of submitted content we receive we are unable to respond to all correspondence. Rest assured, if we do feature your work we will be in touch.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How secure is purchasing from your online store?

How much is postage?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
If ordered within Australia, you will usually receive your purchase within 1-5 business days if you reside in a capital city. If ordered internationally please allow 7-10 business days to receive your purchase. We make every effort to process and pack orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
